Earache Celebrates the Merry Month of May

Yes it’s time to dance around the Maypole because summer is just around the corner! As well as twittering in the treetops, “Starlings” will be appearing on Sky 1 this month, a brand new show written by - and starring - the very talented STEVE EDGE, alongside TOM MEETEN, TOM BASDEN and TOM PRICE.

Other TV treats to distract you from the Eurovision Song Contest, include “Lip Service” which returns to our screens with the brilliant NEVE MCINTOSH; whilst HARRY PEACOCK appears in the hilarious “Grandma’s House”. Then there is “The Midnight Beast” which features our brilliant Yorkshire man SIMON FARNABY on E4. Whilst over on Channel 4 the “Comedy Gala” brings together JASON MANFORD, MICKY FLANAGAN and many more talented comedians to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.

On to the theatre where “Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May” and where CILLIAN MURPHY continues his epic run of “Misterman” at the National Theatre. Another show you ‘May’ wish to see is TOM CHAMBERS in “Top Hat”, which returns to the West End after a lengthy UK tour.

And finally, movie ‘May-nia’ hits the screens with the release of the eagerly anticipated film “Hysteria” starring the fabulous SHERIDAN SMITH.
